He is certified in various methodologies/tools and has successfully leveraged on them to develop and customise learning programmes and evaluation metrics that bring results. His recent clients include Baxter, Continental Group and Citibank.
John is a master trainer with a wide range of training experience and appointments with MNCs and GLCs, including a global bank.
Trained by McBer as an Organisational Development specialist, he has taken on 17 managerial appointments and developed numerous courseware and toolkits, contributing actively in many areas of service excellence.
